I'M A WIFE & MOM
Plus, a Fitness Instructor for 25+ years and a Personal Trainer for the last 8 years. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach.
My passion is personal fitness and all aspects of it; lifting weights, as well as being an avid runner and spinner. I love seeing people reach their fitness goals through hard work and a little sweat! I have been coaching fitness for a long time and believe lifting weights is the most transformational along with proper nutrition to fuel the body. I don’t feel guilty for giving myself “me time” every day. This is my fitness mojo time; because if I am taking good care of myself, I am going to take good care of every person in my life. I understand the importance of health and fitness in our daily lives. It doesn’t matter to me what your past looks like, I’m here to help you love your body, by building a stronger body and gaining confidence in yourself. I have always enjoyed watching as each person meets and surpasses their goals; making them a stronger person and the most awesome version of themselves possible.
